No. We supply the frame and you can create any graphics you want on the face of the sign.
The good news is that it is very easy and you can do that on a word document and print it on your office printer or in any local office store.

One of the advantages of changeable-inserts signs, is the ability to replace the insert yourself (without having to hire a professional.

But how do you create an insert?

One option, is to go to your local print shop. You give them the dimensions (which are on our website next to each item) and they will make it for you with no hassle and a lot cheaper than any sign shop will. 

Another option – and a more popular one – is to create and print it yourself. You can use any graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop), but there are a lot of free options that do not require any graphic skills.

In most cases, we are planning for you to receive the order to your door within 10-14 business days, but some orders are faster. 

Our signs are custom made – we do not keep stock on the shelf. When you order, we need to cut the extrusions, assemble the signs, pack them and ship. This is normally done in 4-5 days. 

Some of the most common signs can be shipped faster (in a day or two), but all depends on our work load.

First, it is better to plan your project ahead of time so you will not need to expedite. That said, it can be done.
There are three ways to expedite an order:

  1. Expedite the production: we can push your order to the top of our queue, getting it shipped in 2 business days (instead of up to six). The ground shipping lead time depends on your shipping address (we ship it by FedEx from Florida). In most cases, there is a fee for that (15% of the order) but check with us – in some cases we can do that, depending on type of signs and quantity. 
  2. Expedite the shipping: instead of shipping the order Ground, we can expedite the shipping to 3-days, 2-days or Overnight. The costs depends on your location and the weight of the order. You can contact us to get a quote. 
  3. Expedite both production and shipping. Sometimes that is needed to get the order in time. Contact us for pricing. 

You can reach out to us with the date you need the signs to arrive and we will find the most economical way for you to do that, depending on your location and weight of the shipment. 

First, bear in mind that our prices are very competitive – in fact, those are the lowest prices we could find for those signs. 

That said, if you do have a large order, we may get better prices from our suppliers and roll it back to you.
